Ramadan 2025 Charity Fundraiser – Update

The Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) said: “The best charity is given in Ramadan.”

Last Ramadan, the Madrasah launched a fundraiser with Drop of Compassion, a UK-registered charity since 2013, who provide water, health, and educational support to vulnerable communities to help Malawian children by supplying essential school materials. The initiative aimed to distribute stationery sets, exercise books, and school bags, ensuring that every child has the tools they need to succeed in school.

We are delighted to announce that due to your kind donations our students raised £3452!

In September members of the Drop of Compassion team went out to Malawi to distribute the education packs to children personally.

Jazakallah to all the wonderful students who fundraised and to you for your kind donations. Your generosity has brought joy and opportunities to the less fortunate, enabling them to study and shine bright.

I will miss the Madrasah so much! I started when I was 5 years old in nursery class and now have finished in Class 8.
