The Parents

I/We shall try to:

• see that my/our child goes to Madrasah regularly, on time and properly equipped
• make the Madrasah aware of any concerns or problems that might affect my/our child’s work or behaviour
• support the Madrasah’s ethos
• support my/our child in homework and other opportunities for home-learning
• attend parents’ evenings and discussions about my/our child’s progress
• get to know about my/our child’s life in the college

The Student

I shall try to follow our Madrasah Imam Bukhari Way and at all times be:

• truthful, polite and respectful to students and staff
• hardworking
• on time to registration and lessons
• caring of the school environment
• dressed in regulation Madrasah uniform
• a good representative of the Madrasah
• aware of my safety and the safety of others
• well behaved at all times by following the Student Behaviour Policy
• able to take responsibility for my own learning and progress

The Madrasah

The Madrasah will try to:

• care for your child’s safety and happiness
• ensure that your child achieves his/her full potential as a valued member of the Madrasah
• provide a balanced curriculum and meet the individual needs of your child
• achieve high standards of work and behavior through building good relationships and developing a sense of responsibility
• keep you informed about general Madrasah matters and about your child’s progress in particular
• be open and welcoming at all times
